  • Stepped into a vacated traffic manager's position that was in serious disarray
  • Worked closely with the media and creative departments to ensure finished work got to where it was needed on a timely basis
  • Recognized the need to bring production management in-house instead of contracting outside
  • Developed the production manager's position and established vendor relations
  • Oversaw all ad and print collateral needs, as well as identify sources for unusual client requests (such as a new segmented plate for a fast-food chain)
