About UsDeborah Hart Cenci is a seasoned marketing communications professional with a creative background and extensive management experience. For nearly 30 years, she has worked with companies to anticipate and identify problems, provide and implement solutions -- from the simple to the complex. Starting in the early 1970s as a board artist, draftsman and copywriter for a manufacturing company, her organizational skills and attention to detail swiftly propelled her into management. Always striving for perfection and excelling under pressure advanced her career, which includes organizational structure, software analysis, business process efficiency, teaching, training and mentoring. In the mid-1990s, Deb took her freelancing full-time and formed Hart Communications. After several successful and growing years, a former client came back to her and made her an offer she couldn't refuse. She spent 2-1/2 years in an "in-house" ad agency, but they fell victim to the unsettling economic times and the entire company dissolved. After allowing her old business to lapse while employed full-time, Deb is now starting the new millennium again, doing what she excels at for companies who need help and recognize quality work. With great strength and experience as a team-builder, a number of talented individuals are accessed to supplement and round out a team as the project warrants.
